Herident Care
Eligibility:
– All customers who have used Herident services with an annual spending from 2,000,000 VND or more.

– Free general dental check-up and 1 free dental scaling session/year.
– Special offers/gifts on the cardholder's birthday (within 7 days before or after) and on national holidays.
Additional Privileges:
– Priority booking via hotline.
– Reminders for periodic check-ups.
Herident Diamond
Eligibility:
- Annual spending from 20,000,000 VND or more.
– Loyal customer (Used services at least 2 times/year).
– Herident Care customer who has referred 3 new customers within 1 year.
– Herident Care customer who is a wife/mother/woman in the family and has registered and brought a family member to use Herident services.
Service Benefits:
– Special care for periodic appointment schedules.
– Priority access to information about upcoming promotions.
– Special offers/gifts on birthday (within 7 days before or after) and on national holidays.
– 15% discount on all services and 15% off comprehensive dental care packages.
– Free general check-up and 2 free dental scaling sessions/year.
Additional Privileges:
– 1 complimentary premium oral care package for a family member (parents, spouse, or child).
– Priority registration with a specialist dentist.
– 5% discount for family members on all Herident services.
– Scheduled check-up reminders and free routine care.
Herident Black Diamond
Eligibility:
– Annual spending from 100,000,000 VND or more.
– Herident Care customer who brought 3 or more family members to use Herident services within 1 year.
– Herident Diamond customer who brought 1 or more family members to use Herident services within 1 year.
– Herident Diamond customer who referred 5 new customers within 1 year.
– Approved by Herident’s Board of Directors.
Service Benefits:
– Special care for periodic appointment schedules.
– Top priority access to new promotional programs.
– Special offers/gifts on birthday (within 7 days before or after) and on national holidays.
– 20% discount on all services and 20% off comprehensive dental care packages.
– Free general check-up and unlimited free scaling sessions annually for family members.
– 1 complimentary teeth whitening treatment per year for the cardholder.
Additional Privileges:
– 10% direct discount for friends/acquaintances referred by the cardholder.
– Annual premium oral care package for family members (parents, spouse, or child).
– Annual special tooth replacement care package for children.
– VIP invitations to Herident’s events (Health care seminars, customer appreciation parties, etc.).
– Complimentary transportation service for distant customers, the elderly, disabled persons, or upon special request.

– Automatic upgrade: Based on total annual spending or fulfilled eligibility conditions
– Card validity: 12 months from the date of issue (card tier review and renewal annually).
