Herident's Skill Competition – September

From the very first days of its announcement, the competition received enthusiastic support from members at Herident. Everyone took the time to review and thoroughly prepare their study materials. The atmosphere at the dental clinic became more lively and exciting than ever before.

At Herident, this is not just a competition, but also an opportunity for everyone to learn, interact, and prove themselves. For permanent employees, there will be opportunities for promotion and salary increases, while probationary employees will have the opportunity to end their intern period early if they perform well in the exam.

The test includes:

• Understanding company rules and regulations
• 5S process
• Infection control
• Basic understanding of dental materials
• Dental service consultation
• Instructions after using the service

The promotion competition is one of Herident Dental Clinic's annual activities.
