"Herident In Me..." – 25 Years of Growth and Development with the 3 Best Works.

On the occasion of the anniversary 25 years of formation and development, Herident organized a writing contest "Herident in Me..."as a heartfelt gift, giving team members the opportunity to share their emotions, experiences, and cherished memories with the clinic.

In a short time, the contest received dozens of heartfelt submissions, each piece telling a genuine, relatable, and meaningful story. After the selection round, the Organizing Committee identified the 3 best works to award prizes.

First Prize: Receptionist – Author: Bùi Thị Hải Yến

From a girl who entered Herident with little knowledge of dentistry, Hải Yến found an opportunity to transform herself.

"I came to Herident like a blind person, stepping into a whole new world... But fortunately, Herident welcomed me with open arms, giving me the opportunity to prove myself."

Hải Yến's journey of growth is a testament to the working environment at Herident – a place that not only trains professional skills but also nurtures patience, resilience, and belief in the profession.

Second Prize: Nurse – Author: Trần Hương Trang

With simple yet evocative verses, Hương Trang likened Herident to "a ship cutting through the waves," showing resilience in overcoming the difficult early days to reach success.

Even through hardships, we never faltered.
Today, the success our company has achieved,
Fulfilling the long-held dream in our hearts."

Third Prize: Marketing Staff Hồ Thị Thanh Xuân

As a member who has been with the team for just over two months, Thanh Xuân shares her journey from uncertainty to confidence. From times when her writing "wasn't quite on tone" and she had to redo it, she gradually grew thanks to the patience and constructive feedback from her colleagues.

"Herident in me is... a place where uncertainty transforms into confidence, and initial challenges become the strength that binds us together."
